Policies
- Check-in time: After 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon
- Child policy: Two children below 12 years of age can stay free of charge, with existing bedding only. Extra bed, Mattress and Breakfast is chargeable.
- Payment Policy: Strictly Cash, Credit Card or Debit Card only.
- Guarantee policy: All reservations need to be guaranteed with a valid credit card, credit cards will be pre-authorized for one night charge on day of arrival, declined credit card bookings and non-guaranteed reservations will be released at 18:00 hrs. on day of arrival
- Cancellation policy: Strictly 24 hours prior to arrival date, late cancellation charges are minimum one night charges with tax and service charge.
- No-show policy: All no-show reservations will be charged one night charges with tax and service charge and the booked nights will be automatically released.
- Pet policy: Strictly no-pets allowed under any circumstances.
- Visitor policy: Photo Identification is mandatory. Charges apply after 20:00 hrs. Hotel reserves rights of admission.
- Overbooking policy: In force majeure Overbooking situation, arrangement will be made for accommodation in the nearest possible similar category property and transportation will be arranged.
- Disclaimer: Personal Electronic Safety Lockers are provided in all rooms, please use them for the safekeeping of your valuables. In case of any missing valuables we will cooperate to our fullest to help you find the same, however Atiram Premier Hotel does not take any liability whatsoever for any missing valuables.
